15ml Soumada (Cretan orgeat)
15ml Frankincense water
egg white, soda water
Garnish: Pişmaniye (Turkish fairy floss)
Method: Dry shake, shake, top.

Първият коктейл от поредицата, която стартираме е вдъхновен от вечната класика White Russian, както и от една много популярна в Испания напитка - Leche de Pantera.

40ml Saffron Gin @gabrielboudier
5 dashes Orange Flower Water @thebittertruthcompany
15ml Chestnut honey syrup
Top with cold goat milk foam
Garnish: Saffron buds or dehydrated orange
Method: Stir, top.

The first cocktail from the series we start is inspired by the all-time-classic White Russian and also a very popular in Spain drink - Leche de Pantera.
