Having won prizes various times at the Parisian Agricultural Conference and at the Absinthiades this absinthe reminds us the savours of the vintage absinthes of the “Grand Époque”.
Adding some water and sugar, as this one is unsweetened, will highlight its distinctive tastes of green anise and absinthe plants.
